  • "Ein Lammlein geht in tragt die Schuld" (Johann Pachelbel) from Eighty Chorale Preludes [C.F. Peters #4448]
  • "Ein Lammlein geht in tragt die Schuld" (J.G. Walther) from The Church Organist's Golden Treasury, Vol.1 [Oliver Ditson Co.]

  • "Prelude on Aus tiefer Not" (Gerald Near)
Liturgical Hints & Ideas:
Water is a theme in the liturgy for the Third Sunday of Lent. The readings and the prayers point specifically to our drinking deeply of the grace flowing from Christ. The catechumen's First Scrutiny occurs today, with the accompanying prayers relating precisely to the Gospel reading.
