had Cagle is an instrumentalist, vocalist, and composer from Minnesota. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Saint Mary's University of Minnesota (Bachelor of Arts, Music Industry) and studied choral composition with Dr. Patrick O'Shea while attending.

While composing for choir is one of his greatest pleasures, he also composes for instruments. Notably in 2017, he won the Iowa State University Carillon Composition Competition with his piece "Tango for Carillon," debuted at ISU by Luc Rumbouts of Leuven University, Belgium.
