Description
The Gospel verses for the entire Christmas cycle are set to music for SATB choir in
this volume. The appointed verse for the First Sunday of Advent through the
Feast of the Baptism of the Lord is included for each year of the three-year cycle.
A variety of textures and styles are used in these a cappella settings which are
all in the same key and coordinate with a spritely Alleluia Noel, which is
included as a special insert. A choral version of the Gospel verse is a
refreshing change from the standard cantor settings, and our Gospel Verses
